I thoroughly enjoy every part of this business from my initial meeting with you where I get to hear what your dreams are for your garden to the last day of installation.

As a Marin County native I have spent a lifetime nurturing a love of the outdoors, having first pursued a career as a Park Ranger in various National Parks and on the slopes of Mt. Tamalpais. An injury forced an early retirement on me and when I discovered landscape design as a new career option I quickly developed a passion for my new occupation. I have a certificate in Environmental Design from College of Marin and have taken every design class I could find in the excellent program at Merritt College in Oakland, CA.

To keep abreast of current trends I regularly attend seminars and garden tours sponsored by the San Francisco Botanical Garden at Strybing Arboretum, and the Garden Conservancy, in addition to subscribing to various trade periodicals.
